WHO WE ARE

Experience Driving Alignment and Strategic Decisions

Crimson Fulcrum’s roots lie in Alex’s experience having served in senior roles at public companies, principal investing firms, and portfolio companies. He has been at the table as an investor, in the board room, and as part of senior executive teams. From these vantage points he has seen the dynamics, and sometimes competing agendas, that can develop among investors, boards, and management teams when critical strategic decisions must be made. Crimson Fulcrum understands the importance of true alignment, transparency and trust when companies are making go/no-go decisions on projects such as strategic transactions, product development, capital investment analysis, and compliance program initiatives and knows how to steer organizations to successful outcomes.

Etymology

The fulcrum is a fundamental piece of technology. It is the support point on which a lever pivots that enables the user to lift a heavy load while applying the least amount of force necessary. It is an enduring symbol of Mankind supplementing his physical strength with his intelligence to accomplish a difficult task. The color crimson has historically represented power, wealth, intelligence and passion. Crimson conveys our excitement, energy, and boldness in all of our endeavors.

Archimedes

"Give me a lever long enough, a fulcrum on which to place it, and I will move the world"

Archimedes
