The Crimson Fulcrum Strategic Institute was founded in 2014 to deliver highly customized strategic consulting services to discriminating clients. About our Leadership

Alex Snyder has over 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, CEOs, and management teams, providing advice on mergers & acquisitions, enterprise risk analysis, and corporate governance.  Alex has advised public companies, PE sponsored companies, and privately owned companies. His industry experience includes real estate, retail, aerospace & defense, chemicals, and forestry products. He served as a member of the senior executive team at Simon Property Group, a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations and an S&P 100 company from 2016 - 2023. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Hawker Beechcraft, helping lead the company through a chapter 11 reorganization and a merger with its crosstown rival, Cessna.

Alexander Snyder

From 2003 – 2010 Alex served as Chief Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Koch Industries, one of the largest privately owned companies in the United States, analyzing and executing on numerous acquisitions and dispositions across a myriad of industries.
